The Student Health Center is located at the Student Union Building, Room 100.

UNDERGRADUATES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION BY THE USE OF FAX AND EMAIL!
- Faculty MUST submit all paperwork to the Student Health Center however service is not provided unless Faculty member or staff is under the role of student as well.
- Students will only be contacted one time by the Student Health Center if record is incomplete so we strongly advise that you contact the Student Health Center to verify
